The Leadership Ranch has 20 to 30 active facilitators depending on schedules. Each facilitator is trained to guide their group through the elements safely. They are also trained to use each challenge as a window into what it takes to make a group and the individuals in the group successful at the Ranch and in areas that are important to their lives.
We pick our staff carefully, looking for people who will bring a variety of education and life experiences to their work as Faciltators. We are always looking for exceptional people to join us in this inquiry into what makes a group effective and fun. If you do not meet Shannon Schmidt there is a great chance you will talk to her sometime before, during or after your visit to the Ranch. She handles much of the administrative functions including scheduling groups, staffing, billing, and promoting what we do as well as facilitating all types of groups. Before settling down in the sweet comfort of Motherhood with two adorable children she taught elementary school. Shannon is the daughter of a Springfield High School Principle.
